1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using Clean Giraffe's commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description

Clean Giraffe provides commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Office and facility cleaning
• Tenant turnover cleaning
• Post-construction cleanup
• Floor care and maintenance
• Restroom sanitation
• Window cleaning

2.2 Service Areas

We provide services throughout Northeast Ohio, including Brunswick, Cleveland, and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius.

2.3 Service Exclusions

We do not provide:

• Residential cleaning services
• Biohazard cleanup
• One-time residential cleanings
• Services outside our designated service area

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Service pricing is based on factors including but not limited to facility size, service frequency, and specific cleaning requirements. Written estimates will be provided before service commencement.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment by check, credit card, or ACH transfer
• Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice to existing clients.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to areas requiring cleaning
• Notify us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements
• Secure valuables and sensitive documents
• Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning services
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance Coverage

Clean Giraffe maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.3 Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.

6. Service Agreements

6.1 Contract Terms

Service agreements may be monthly, quarterly, or annual. Specific terms will be outlined in your service contract.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

• Regular service: 48-hour notice required for cancellation
• Contract termination: 30-day written notice required
• Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

8. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of commercial environments. All employees are trained in confidentiality and may be required to sign non-disclosure agreements for certain facilities.

9. Independent Contractor Status

Clean Giraffe operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Clean Giraffe and protected by copyright laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clean Giraffe harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Medina County, Ohio.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clean Giraffe.
